Personalities Ever wondered why people behave the way they do and why people act in one way while others act in a different way? Well we all know that people are different when it comes to their physical and psychological aspects. In human personality the central dimension is the trait of extraversion and that of introversion. Virtually all the comprehensive models of personality must include these two concepts extraversion and introversion is typically termed as a single continuum. This insinuates that for one to be on the high of one they necessarily have to be low on the other. Therefore one cannot have extremes of both at a go. There is also a different perspective that suggests that each individual has both an extrovert and introvert side with on dominating over the other. Regardless of the there is always a fluctuation in peoples behavior at all times and even extreme extraverts and introverts do not act in accordance to their type. The paper is a comparison and contrast between extraversion and introversion.

These two traits are usually interchanged is one can be an extravert at one point in life and become an introvert at another point of their life because one varies in respect to another .The only thing that changes between these two personalities is the level of energy.

Extraversion is the state, act or habit of an individual being predominantly concerned with as well as obtaining a huge part of gratification from things that are outside their own self. Extroverts always enjoy interacting with other people, being talkative, enthusiastic, gregarious and assertive. They enjoy in taking part in activities that involve a large gathering of people like community activities, business groups and so on. Extrovert people enjoy time they spend with people and find it less rewarding when they spend time alone .extroverts tend to be assertive, gregarious and always have the interest of seeking excitement in contrast…
